We're up for trying new healthy products or hacks, but this one is a bit much. According to The Sun, a whole host of celebrities, including Jennifer Aniston and Victoria Beckham, swear by this one product to keep them healthy. It's apple cider vinegar, with Victoria name-checking one brand, in particular, Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar. Holland & Barrett's description of it is:

"It is a wholesome way to add flavour to salads, veggies, and most foods. Apple Cider Vinegar has been highly regarded throughout history. The raw enzymes called ‘The Mother’ will leave you bragging about Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider."

They currently have it on sale for €5.95, but you can also buy it online for cheaper. Victoria takes two spoonfuls of the stuff every morning on an empty stomach. We're not sure how if we would be brave enough for this first thing in the morning.
