Gemma Atkinson just posted the sweetest first snap of her bump since announcing her pregnancy

Actress and former glamour model, Gemma Atkinson has just posted an adorable picture of her bump since announcing she and Gorka are expecting their first child together. Gemma and her Strictly Come Dancing beau, made the announcement last Friday, with a fun picture of their two dogs, joking that the hounds were looking forward to becoming big brothers. And in the wonderful instinctive way dogs can sense things, Gemma's fur babies appear to be in the know about her pregnancy. The 34-year-old uploaded an Instagram with one of her pups cuddled up on her bump. She captioned the picture with the adorable line, "Guarding his new pack member... Dogs are just wonderful." Gemma's followers were quick to recount their own experiences of being pregnant and being a dog owner:

"They deffo know", one person wrote. "When my daughter was pregnant our dog, whom she had grown up her teen years with use to like to lie his head on her bump. Also he has been amazing with her son, now 21 months they adore each other. He has never been around children, babies and now 10 years old you would think a bit grumpy but no, just instinct told him needed to be gentle."

Another revealed:

"You wait, mine used to lie by the Moses basket on guard, listening for any little sound from them, and he was their best friend for 8 years."

Yep, I think we can all agree dogs are pretty incredible. Those puppers definitely have psychic abilities!
