This hospital holds adorable graduation ceremonies for premies

You've seen pre-school graduations, but you haven't seen this.

It's a well-known fact that nurses are real-life superheroes, but these nurses have really gone above and beyond. The nursing staff at CaroMont Regional Medical Centre in North Carolina in the US has been holding graduation ceremonies for premature newborns leaving the hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The babies in the unit need a high level of care, neonatal nurse Melissa Jordan told Buzzfeed. "We make sure these babies are being fed and cared and loved for, and of course that the parents get to bond with them while they're in the NICU."
