It may technically be the saddest day of the year but we are intent on staying upbeat here at HerFamily HQ. Coffee and positivity are the order of the day and so we have been on the hunt for the most uplifting stories we can find that will help us along. Well, we've found it. Take a few of our favourite things: Adele, James Gordon and Carpool Karaoke, and mix them together on YouTube for the happiest video watching you will experience today. Adele always comes across as being so relatable when we see her interviewed on TV, but none more so than when we watched this brilliant video.

Don't we all get to the point as mums when we try on something new or change our hairstyle, that we sometimes wonder just that - is it too.. 'mumsie'? Isn't it a relief to know that even superstars like Adele feel exactly the same way?!
