This goofy little girl is now a HUGE star

From the cover of Rolling Stone to The New York Times, there's no escaping Adele right now, but the elusive songstress wasn't always so utterly cool.  Long before the mum-of-one chased pavements to super stardom with her album 19, followed up with the barn-storming 21 and returned to dangle her upcoming 25 under our noses, the Cockney chanteuse was just a normal kid like any other, something she was keen to point out to fans on Instagram this week.

Adele keeps Angelo, her three-year-old son with Simon Konecki, firmly away from the prying eyes of the paparazzi, but we hope he looks a little like vintage Adele. Oh, and that he grows up to be a fifth as awesome as his mom...
