The Internet Has Fallen In LOVE With This Rescue Pup And His Best Pal

Is there anything cuter than an ickle baby sleeping? We didn't think so, until we saw these pics of a baby sleeping with its BFF. Baby Archie and rescue pup Nora are stealing the Instagram show this week, little do either of them know they are Insta-celebs right now! Prepare to have your hearts thoroughly melted with these incredibly adorable pics from mum Elizabeth's Instagram account, @wellettas. The #nappingwithnora hashtag has gone majorly viral this week, and we know exactly why. They are just TOO cute. Get a load of these:

I'm so immensely honoured to have had some of my photos of the dogs and kids featured recently online on Kidspot (Kidspot.com.au) and the Daily Mail (Dailymail.com) and several other places as a result. It's such a thrill for me to show what a love-filled home we have and, equally important, how awesome rescue dogs are. This dog in particular, Nora, had a pretty negative start in life, but is still the most passive and gentle soul there is. Our other dogs, Remington and Drake are equally wonderful (as are our three cats!!) 'Adopt, don't shop' is our motto around here. Please consider this the next time you are in the market for a family pet! 100% LOVE ❤️ . We got our girl Nora from a rescue shelter seven years ago prior to having kids. Despite having come from an abusive situation her sweet and gentle nature shone through and we knew with certainty she would be a wonderful family dog when the time came. With my eldest two at their granny and pop's place all afternoon, I imagine I should be using this opportunity to get that mountain of laundry dealt with (you know the one!), but instead I'm sitting in bed drinking tea and watching these two get their afternoon nap on. I seriously can't get enough of them and the strong connection they've made in such a short period of time! . FUJI-XT1
