Update : Gardaí have located 17-year-old Daniel Murphy safe and well

Gardaí recently asked for the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Daniel Murphy.

The 17-year-old went missing from his home in Carrigaline Co Cork last week. Gardaí have now confirmed that Daniel has been found safe and well and thank those involved for their help.   Gardaí issued the following statement earlier today;

"Gardaí wish to thank the public for their assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 17 year old Daniel Murphy. Daniel has been located safe and well."
