Vogue's honesty is refreshing - it takes guts to bare all like this and certainly not something you see from influencers online. Many other celebrities have spoken about how they wear Spanx to award shows and events with the likes of Sarah Hyland and Kaley Cuoco openly talking about it but it's rare that they would actually take a picture and put it on social media.
