Apparently, the way Mason makes his rainbow coffees is by steaming milk and then adding in food coloring. Then with a smooth pour, he tops the espresso with the rainbow creation that’s just as mesmerizing to watch as it is to drink. As if we needed another reason to plan a trip to Sin City...
