And while our social media might be increasingly full of tips and tricks to stop 'emotional eating' (another round of buttered toast, anyone?), here at HerFamily it's not something we're worrying about too much.
Still, this weekend we're definitely looking for a meal that's a little healthier and a little lighter after all our extra munching over the Easter bank holiday.
Which is why we're eyeing up this AMAZING roasted salmon darne recipe from Lidl.
Lidl also has monkfish, prawns, and melt-in-the-mouth scallops. In fact, we're tempted to mix and match the lot to create a stunning seafood platter - served, of course, the Irish way with brown bread and lots of butter (well, no one said we were completely depriving ourselves!).
Delish.
We reckon the salmon would be ideal dished-up alongside gorgeous steamed greens, potatoes of your choice, and generous chunks of fresh lemon.
